Representative William D. Delahunt is leaving office because of new Novel Released called “A Big House for Little Men”

March 5, 2010
This is why Representative William D. Delahunt is leaving office today…..Since this new Novel just came out in Massachusetts called “A Big House for Little Men” written by Michael W. McKay Mr. Delahunt knows BIG Trouble will be coming his way. He and a State Trooper Robert Murphy worked with Michael Thurber a known killer from the old Walpole State Prison he helped get released and most people know Thurber hated James J. Bulger and Bulger turned up missing after Thurber was released. (Bulger killed one of Thurber’s partners over in Southie.

You will understand what happened to James J. Bulger who for the past many years has been on the F.B.I. Ten most wanted and they can’t find him – But I know that when Thurber was released from prison, he got James (Whitey) Bulger and Killed and buried him!!! And the funny part is, all the officials know this.

Thurber still walks free to this day, hell, he was indicted with 12 other inmates from Walpole State prison for killing inmates back in the 70’s and Delahunt and Murphy knew this and helped Thurber get released because he was a childhood friend of Trooper Robert Murphy. Now understand this, Once Delahunt took office in congress, Trooper Murphy retired from the State police Department and Took over the Massachusetts Parole Board and had Thurber’s Life Parole was removed and his record was expunged, which made him untouchable. This is all true! I met with Michael W. McKay in a Barnes and Noble book signing last Month in Warwick and he told me that he would be meet with Thurber in Tampa,Fl next Month and he told me about Delahunt leaving office weeks ago, How would he know this before the news media? McKay now resides in Walpole, Mass. You news people need to wake up and get on the ball and stop protecting these corrupt people! One of you News Reporters only have to ask Mr. Delahunt if he knows or ever met Mikey Thurber, and watch what reaction you will get, he can’t say no, because it is a matter of record of what he and Trooper Robert Murphy did to cover this all up!

This is the real reason why Representative William D. Delahunt is leaving office………….

This is what happened to Boston’s Gangster James J. Bulger and is the most covered up story in America

February 19, 2010

Everyone has to read this Book – You will understand what happened to James J. Bulger who for the past many years has been on the F.B.I. Ten most wanted and they can’t find him – But I know that when one person was released from prison got James (Whitey) Bulger and Killed and buried him!!! And the funny part is, all the officals know this!

Here are some News stories from Boston, you put everythiing together:

“This book is based on a real story which had to be written as a fictional account of murders that occurred within Walpole State prison in the late 1970s. So, although it is listed as “fiction,” it is based ~ oh so closely ~ upon real events. McKay explains, “80% is fiction and the 20% are embellishments. This book IS violent. Very violent, in fact, I had to re-read pages because I just couldn’t fathom what I was digesting. But, it is a life story ~ someone’s tragic life story.”

A Big House for Little Men;  is about murders that happen within a maximum State Prison in the 1970’s and 80’s and how this one inmate which we will call “Cody” for now who is a key character in this book and how he  “Beat the System” He escaped twice from a State prison and was indicted along with 12 other inmates for forming execution squads within this maximum prison in Massachusetts. This one inmate “Cody” grew up with an old friend from Dorchester who became a Massachusetts State Trooper and worked for the District Attorney office as a State Police investigator for that County and worked all crimes within the prison system.

This State Trooper not only helped his friend “Cody” beat murder charges from inside the prison, but also helped him walk out a free man with a life parole over his head. But then, this story gets much better. The District Attorney who was just as corrupt as this State Trooper, he was voted in as Congressman for Massachusetts and still works to this day in this capacity.

The D.A. in turned helped his friend the State Trooper get appointed to the Massachusetts Parole Board through the Governor’s office. Then this State Trooper helped his old friend “Cody” out even further by removing his life parole which was imposed by the State before “Cody” left the prison system.  I also have to add that (He was the first lifer to ever have his parole removed in the State of Massachusetts).

If you think James J. Bulger had people on his pay role that is currently on the FBI Ten Most Wanted list and grew up with “Cody” in Dorchester, Mass and who had Special Agent John Connolly from the FBI working for his gang. Then you have to hear the other side of this book called “A Big House for Little Men” I have to add as it was once stated about Bulger and his associates;  They were looked up to and revered by several generations of Dorchester and South Boston youths. Those who have worked for him describe him as a benevolent but ruthless father figure who took very few steps without carefully considering all possible consequences.

Everyone knows from Boston, this story is about Mikey Thurber – Cody is the notorious real life Mikey Thurber and the crimes he commits are atrocious. Thurber was the most talked about and feared creature of the 1970s and 80’s. One of the most heinous and brutal (alleged) murders he commits while in prison involves an ice pick and a castration (and there’s much more to it), retaliation for a fierce act of vigilante prison vengeance (specifically, someone strangling his friend).  Riots at Walpole State Prison shook the Bay State in 1972. The facility gained national notoriety when prisoners took guards hostage in 1978; several murders within the prison made national headlines in 1979, after which the correction officers (scared for their and their families’ lives) had enough and walked out of the prison in protest. At Walpole, the prisoners ran the show. Thurber ~ and in A Big House for Little Men, Cody ~ was its virtuos. I must ad that Whitey gunned down Thurbers partner in 1980 over in South Boston, and Thurber sworn revenge. Once he was released from prison, Whitey was gone off the face of the earth! Thurber, Still walk free everyday on our streets somewhere in America and is still the same person he alway was.

This story A Big House for Little Men has been kept quiet for over 20 years. This author was asked to never write this book from the State Trooper and his associates or bad things could happen. I as a writer felt the need for this story to be told about the different forms of corruptions within the State of Massachusetts and even our own Government.  As a writer and author, I know more about these events than anyone and have facts to back them up. He has brought into being one of the most ruthless, cruel and mercilless charactors in a story I have had the pleasure reading in a long time. The main charactor in the story is Cody and as I said he is as bad as they get. This story is really good. If you like action, crime, murder and prison breaks you will love this one. It really is a page turner. It is one of the few books I have actually read all the way through and it tells a good story from beginning to end. Once in awhile a story comes along that you won’t forget, and this is one of them.

OMG, I could not stop crying over what happened to Codys friend

Posted September 15, 2009, 1:04 PM EST: I read this book twice and Each time I read about Codys friend Sean I break down and Cry. OMG Did this really happen in Walpole prison like some of the other reviewers stated? I felt so bad for Cody and his life he lived. The author said it right when he wrote “Cody could escape prison but he never could escape his past” This book just blew my mind away. Great job.

This is just my opinion

Posted August 21, 2009, 10:01 AM EST: I read three books a week and I like to keep an open mind when I buy a new book with a new author. I understand the book industry and how hard it is for a new author and book to make it to the top. I want everyone who reads reviews to read this – “This is a winner” The cover caught my eye and I knew I had to buy this book just based on the cover. But after reading this thriller, it stayed in my head and I talked about the character Cody to my friends. And told them how I felt for this character and understood what he went through in his life and yes, a couple of parts in the book brought me to tears. I read some of the other reviews and some said this was based on a real person. I only hope if this is true, I hope this person found some sort of peace within himself. Michael W. McKay. Welcome to the Book Industry. “You are going to do very well if you keep writing like this” You wrote a very good Book and found a follower and hope you find many more.

Posted September 29, 2009, 12:12 PM EST: Extremely well researched chilling re-telling of the infamous Walpole State Prisons in the 1970’s and 80’s and a notorious inmate named Mikey Thurber who was a street thug working under South Boston Gangsters back in those days. Walpole prison had so many murder that it shocked the nation back in the days. This was an institution that only housed 975 inmates and had the highest murder rate in one year than all the prisons in the Country put together. It made the Ap News when 12 inmates were indicted and charged with forming execution squads within the prison. McKay takes the reader through every detail of some the cold blooded murder of those times. And how this one character named “Cody” (Mikey Thurber) escaped twice from the prison system while serving a life sentence (which was very true). I worked with the State Police and FBI at that time as Dept Superintendent and we could do nothing to stop what happened in this hellish prison, I remember when all the Guards walked out of this prison because they all feared for there own life’s because it was so bad inside. This all changed when there was to be a takeover of the prison by inmates wanting to correctional officers. The Governor and Commissioner call in the State Police and National Guard to clean out the prison and ship inmates off to federal prisons. This is one of the best books I read so far about Walpole Prison and what happened back in those days. The author has a great source for his information in writing his book, because I have to tell you in my opinion most of it is true, and yes, “Cody” (Mikey Thurber) is still a free man walking the streets, and that is a nightmare in itself because I’ll never foreget meeting him…………………………….

A true and Accurate portrait of life inside a Massachusetts Maximum prison

Posted October 13, 2009, 12:47 PM EST: This is an exclusive look at the brutal world of a maximum security State prison in Massachusetts. This is where the most vile monsters of humanity are finally housed. It is an account not only of their daily activities but also of the guards who must work and survive amongst them while maintaining their own humanity. These three inmates on the front cover of the book are as brutal and unpredictable as inmates can get. “Cody is a the smartest of them all. This is a great book if you’re looking for an inside view of what life is like inside of one of American’s most dangerous prisons in the 1970’s and 80’s. My uncle actually retired from working at this prison which was called Walpole back in the days, and he remembers most of all this stuff happenening. So yes it’s true. A gripping look inside a place you’d never want to end up in. So behave yourself Kid’s___or else!

People need to vist www.barnesandnobel.com and read all the reviews on this book – This really happened!!!

I served 9 years of my life behind those prison walls! They changed the name from M.C.I. Walpole to Cedar Junction. With everything that ever happen within those walls they should just of just closed it down for good. Only the strong survived. The guards allowed murders and stabbings to happen, because they wanted to make it out of there each day alive and didn’t want to taken hostage or beaten.

A terrific story about a a kids from Boston – A Great Read

Posted October 9, 2009, 9:23 AM EST: I was born and brought up in Dorchester back in those days, and I remember the crews that ran each sections, Hell everyone did! I went the path of being a police officer and Cody choose a life as a juvenile delinquent, and got his wish. The constant abuse of seeing death that surrounded Cody in his life messed with his head. I kind of felt bad with what Cody went through as a kid from Boston. It was heartbreaking and painful to read about his friend Sean, I’m a grown man and tears fell from my eyes because this book made me feel like I was there at the moment. It is written in such a direct manner. The hard core drug use within the prison, the murders, the escapes – WOW – This book has it all, and I’m glad I got to read it. I’m going to get my son to read this, and hope he understand from reading this book everybody has a choice in which direction to go in life. When the author wrote in the introduction of the book “RIP Johnny and Sean”, and after reading the other reviews on this book about it being a true story, it tells me the author was very compassionate towards his characters and felt an obligation of getting this story explained with a lot of pain and feelings. Great Job to the author

The characters in this book are very true, just the names have been changed. I remember this one key character that we will call “Cody” from the book (Real name was Mikey Thurber) and yes, he was the only inmate to escape twice from the Massachusetts Prison system. He seened like a  nice guy until someone pissed him or one of his two partners off. He always smiled and was well like by other inmates. He had all the Irish guys from Southie and Charlestown in his crew. He was a walking time bomb that stood 5′ 6″ and feared by most popular killers in this Massachusetts Maximum State Prison. When he got angry, he never had an outburst. He was calm and and very quiet and he looked like the youngest inmate in this prison, but everyone knew he was a sociopath.

I’ll tell you a story I know for a fact about this character, I saw him playing football out in the prison yard, he went to throw the ball and got tackled hard by a black inmate, he got up shook in off and just smiled——Two days later the black kid was found dead down the other end of the prison. Enough said!!!

This is a riveting account of a bloody crime spree within a Massachusetts State Prison and a first-class study of a cunning sociopath in action.

Posted October 14, 2009, 3:09 PM EST: When a convicted sociopath murderer named Cody broke out of an Massachusetts State prison with his two partners, it was an embarrassment to the state. Then it became a nightmare there after when they were caught. This is a very true story with a chilling account of both cold-blooded murder and astonishing corruption within the Massachusetts state penal system. Even though this was written fiction this book is mostly 75% true! (I knew this guy and his crew). I remember all of this happening back in the 70’s and 80’s. And it’s not that hard to figure out this is written about Mikey Thurber, he is the only inmate ever to escape twice from any Massachusetts Prison, How he and his two partners ever jumped off and over a 25 foot wall at 8:00 am on a Sunday morning with eight guard towers surrounding the prison still to this day blows my mind. The nightmare started after they got caught and sent back to Walpole maximum State prison, and that is when this sociopath and his crew started taking out other inmates. They had no fear of anything and did what they wanted, Hell, even real Gangsters were afraid of him and his crew in the prison system. The kicker to it all, is that Thurber walked out a free man with no parole and he still is a free man somewhere. This is a pure sociopath that will kill anytime he wishes. It goes to show you that you can do anything you want when you have something on powerful people within the State. This is the best book I ever read about Walpole State Prison.

This is just my opinion

I Also Recommend:

This was true – I worked at Walpole State prison as a Correctional Officer When this happened.

Rating

Posted August 18, 2009, 11:37 AM EST: I read this book and 90% of what this Author portrays as the Character “Cody’ in this book is real. Walpole Prison was like working in Hell in the 1970’s and 80’s. I remember Mikey Thurber also, he escaped from Concord prison twice, and yes, once from over the 25 foot wall with guard towers watching and nobody even knew Thurber and two others left. They formed execution squads within the prison at Walpole and were killing other inmates for the own enjoyment. Then there was going to be a takeover of the prison in which all correctional officers were to die. Somehow Thurber with his connections and Past Friends with the State Police Robert Murphy walked out of prison a free man. This guy was a pure killer and he walk out of a Max prison serving a life sentence a free man. Give me a break!! He had connections like Whitey Bulger and the F.B.I. This Author had to somehow do an interview with either Thurber or one of his old friends to get this kind of information. All in all, this was a Great book well written. But it brought back the bad times we all want to forget as correctional officers in old Walpole State Prison. I also want to add another book called: Execution Squad Fraud, written by Stephen Doherty calms he was innocent of everything – Ya, right he got off on an appeal, he was just as bad if not worst as the other KILLERS.
